UVET NORDIC AB is a support center for the online bookings in Europe within the UVET group www.uvet.com or online booking website www.flightfinder.se

Due to expansion of the European client support centre in Riga, the company invites to join their team:

POLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Key tasks will include processing customer requests via phone and e-mail and resolve cases.

To successfully fulfil this role you will need to have:
•Excellent communication skills in Polish and English both in verbal and written
•Service-minded and positive attitude
•Good social and problem-solving skills
•Some experience in customer service
•Good computer literacy

As advantage will be considered:
•Experience with travel booking system Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan
•Previous experience in travel sector
